Users must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent), have the authority to enter binding agreements, and agree to use the platform lawfully and ethically.
Jobskul provides three categories of services: training, internships, career resources, and certification for individuals; campus recruitment and placement support for institutions; and talent sourcing and employee development for corporates.
Users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. You must not impersonate others or use fake information. Jobskul may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Services requiring payment will have charges communicated before purchase. Refunds follow service-specific policies. Jobskul uses secure third-party payment gateways and does not store sensitive payment details.
Certificates are issued upon completion of defined deliverables. Submission of false information, plagiarism, or incomplete tasks may disqualify you from receiving certification.
All content on the platform belongs to Jobskul Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or modify content without written permission.
Prohibited activities include posting harmful content, spamming, hacking attempts, and fraudulent misuse of certificates or assessments.
Jobskul is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of external websites linked from our platform.
Accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms, misuse, or legal requirements. Users may request voluntary account deletion at any time.
Jobskul does not guarantee hiring outcomes and disclaims responsibility for platform errors.
The platform excludes liability for indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted implies acceptance of the updated terms.
